OVERVIEW
This interactive, online course will teach students the fundamentals of using Precision Locators for finding buried utilities. This Nulca-accredited course covers the 10 components of the Nulca Competence Standard for a Locating Technician:

• Locating Theory
• Using the Transmitter
• Using the Receiver
• Marking Procedures
• Knowledge of Facilities
• Visual Observation Skills
• Safe Work Practices
• One-Call Regulations
• Excavator & Customer Relations
• Locating Oil & Gas Pipelines

This course features a Closed-Captioning (CC) option for the hearing impaired.
